How are your pickles shipped to ensure freshness?
We pack our pickles in heavy-duty, leak-proof plastic bags and place them inside sturdy containers. During warmer months, we use insulated packaging to maintain the crunch and quality of our products during transit.
Do your pickles require refrigeration upon arrival?
Yes. Because our pickles are cured in a traditional brine without harsh chemical preservatives, they must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt to maintain their flavor and crispness.
How long do the pickles stay fresh in the refrigerator?
Most of our pickled products will remain fresh and delicious for up to 6 months if kept refrigerated and fully submerged in their original brine.
Are your products gluten-free and vegan?
The majority of our items, including our classic dill and spicy pickles, are naturally gluten-free and vegan. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page for allergen information.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an error, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
