Return Process

    Upon arrival, please immediately inspect your package for any signs of damage, leakage, or incorrect items received during transit.

    If there is an issue with your order, email our team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

    Our quality assurance team will review your claim within 2 business days to determine the best resolution, such as a replacement or store credit.

    Once approved, we will ship out a fresh replacement of your favorite pickles or issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
